日本の歴史をさかのぼると、“外国から来た人財たちの力”を借りながら、それを「日本の力」として取り込みながら発展してきた歴史があります。
Looking back at Japan’s history, it has a history of development by leveraging the power of foreign talent and incorporating it as “Japan’s strength.”

また、今の日本はすでに、介護業界、建設業界、コンビニ業界など、多くの分野ですでに外国人人材たちに下支えされています。
Furthermore, Japan today is already supported by foreign talent in many sectors, such as the nursing care industry, construction industry, and convenience store industry.

人権面、給与面などでまだ日本側に改善すべき点か多いのも事実です。
It is true that there are still many areas where Japan needs improvement, such as human rights and wages.

しかしながら、日本にいる外国人人材たちに、理解しておいてほしいことが1つあります。
However, there is one thing that foreign talent in Japan should understand.

それは、
That is:

「あなたたちが『日本の人財』になる努力をすれば、日本はさらにあなたを必要とする」ということです。
“If you make an effort to become ‘Japanese talent,’ Japan will need you even more.”

そして、それはたった3つのことを意識し続ければいいのです。
And this can be achieved by simply keeping three things in mind:

①母国の人とだけでなく、1人でも行動できる人になる。
① Become someone who can act independently, not just with people from your home country.

②日本語を学び続ける人になる。
② Continue to learn Japanese

③日本文化を学び続ける人になる。
③ Continue to learn Japanese culture.

「九州人財ネットワーク」、そして、より地域に根差した福岡、熊本、長崎におけるそれぞれの「人財ネットワーク」が外国人人材の人財化をサポートして参ります。
The “Kyushu Jinzai(Human Resources) Network,” along with its more locally rooted “Jinzai(Human Resources) Networks” in Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Nagasaki, will support the development of foreign talent.

外国人人材たち、または、外国人人材をすでに雇用している、あるいはこれから雇用を考えている企業、これからさらに増える外国人人材たちにサービスや商品などを利用してもらいたい病院・学校・企業・店舗などを経営や運営する方々。
This network is for foreign talent, companies that already employ or are considering employing foreign talent, and hospitals, schools, businesses, and stores that wish to have their services or products utilized by the increasing number of foreign talent.

ぜひ、外国人人材の方々だけでなく、さまざまな立場の方々に、「外国人人材の人財化」にご理解とご協力をいただき、日本や地域の力をさらに安定させる、あるいは引き出すための土台を、共に築いていくことができれば光栄に存じます。
We would be honored if not only foreign talent, but also people from various backgrounds would understand and cooperate in the “development of foreign talent,” and together we could build a foundation to further stabilize and unleash the strength of Japan and its regions.
